Michael Stoffel — Owner and Principal — graduated summa cum laude from the University of Wisconsin–River Falls. He was a founding member and key contributor to the Mathews REIS office in Minneapolis, where he ranked as the top producer during his tenure. He developed and led the Midwest Healthcare Division, advising private investors, healthcare systems, and institutional investment groups on their portfolios.

Michael has consulted on ~$500M in real estate assets, delivering hands‑on deal execution and measurable operational improvements. He served as a key advisor to federal healthcare agencies during the DOGE cuts, implementing expense‑cutting strategies while driving significant revenue upside.

In recognition of his impact in the sector, Michael was named to Marquis Who’s Who in America in Healthcare 2025 as a rising figure in the healthcare advisory space.
